Stage 1: preparation
Story makers: people who can help Stik identify possible holes, spoilers, confusing bits, etc. in the story, and fill in non-essential parts of the game (e.g. non-essential NPC dialogue).
Character designers: people who can design the NPC’s (look, personality, location, etc), generally the non-story kind.
Concept artists: people who can, of course, create concept art.
stage 1: Preparing to hack
Toolers: people who can develop the tools we will need.
Spriters: people who can make pixel images.
Modelers: people who can make the 3D models for the terrain, buildings, etc.
Texture artists: people who can texture the 3D models.
Animators: people who can make animations for the game.
Storyboard Artists: people to plan out the animations.
stage 2: Hacking
scripters: people who can create scripts to run.
hackers: people who can help Walt edit things into the ROM.
debuggers: people who can play the game at perfect DS emulation speed, upon request, and identify glitches/ bugs.
stage 3: Deep testing
Testers: people who can quickly and easily play through the game from start to finish, identifying any bugs/glitches.
stage 4(optional): Cheats
Cheaters: people who can create cheat codes e.g. Action Replay codes for the game.
Stage 1: Engine/prep
Modelers: people who can make models for the resource pack, using the 1.9 format.
Model animator: someone who can animate the models.
Artists: people who can design the textures for various parts of the game, such as title screen, in-game items, etc.
Redstoners: people who can help Walt in the creation of the engine.
Stage 2: Creation
Builders: people who can make the structures and terrain.
Detailers: people who can add/tweak details to make it look better.
Cutscener makers: people who can design the cutscenes for the map.
Cutscene implementers: people who can apply the cutscenes.
Debuggers: people who can play the map as it’s being made (one at a time), upon request, to make sure systems do not interfere with each other and work the way they are intended to.
Stage 3: Deep testing
Testers: people who can download the map upon it’s completion and play it all the way through, identifying bugs and glitches.

For all debuggers, it is imperative you include all times you expect to be able to work, as you may be asked at any time to test features. For all testers, it is important that you are able to completely complete the game, without using any form of cheats or hacks, in a relatively short amount of time.
